Can I drop in to ask a reference question? 
是的, librarians are meeting with patrons at the reference desk.  We also encourage you to use our virtual reference services that include - Live Chat, 电子邮件(RefQ), 变焦, 和电话.

Where is the reference desk?
For help locating the reference desk, inquire at the circulation desk.

What technology equipment will I be able to borrow? 
Laptops will be loaned for the entire day and are due back one hour before the 图书馆 closes. Borrowing of headphones will be suspended. 

Will 图书馆 faculty offer group tours and information literacy sessions spring 2023? 
是的, 图书馆 faculty-led tours, 方向, and instructional sessions are available face-to-face or virtually.

Can I donate print materials to the 图书馆, 比如书, 教科书, 儿童书籍, journals or magazines? 
The 图书馆 is not currently accepting book donations. Thank you for thinking of the Mercy 大学 图书馆!

Your CWID# (大学 Wide Identification Number) is your Mercy ID number. It can be found on any official correspondence from the 大学 or it can be located in your records in Mercy 连接.

Can alumni access databases outside the Library?
不幸的是, because of vendor restrictions, use of subscription databases and other electronic resources are limited to on campus use only. Please visit one of our three campus libraries if you need to access full text articles.

Resources are available in many formats, including a huge collection of e-书. 台式电脑, laptops and wireless network provide access to the libraries’ online catalogs, electronic databases and Internet resources to support the 大学’s on-site and online programs. Off-site users have access to the libraries’ online catalogs, e-books and databases through the Mercy 大学 libraries’ website.
